Jack Seitzinger, CIP, CPI
Contractor, Home Inspector, and Senior Project Manager
In 1998, Jack began his construction career working for the largest residential construction company in Tallahassee, Florida, designing all new single-family homes. After three years, he switched his career to building material sales for two years becoming one of the top local salesmen and the 30th in the nation. During that time, he also designed, estimated, and handled customer relations. In 2007, he moved to land development and underground utilities as a project manager and estimator for multi-million-dollar projects throughout Tallahassee and the surrounding cities. Later, the opportunity arose for Jack to finally make his dream of a family owned and operated construction business a reality, and in 2017, Fine Line Design officially opened for business.
Melissa began her Civil Design career in 1999 as a Survey and Engineering CAD tech. From there, Melissa gained an extensive knowledge of surveying and engineering design, construction, and operations related to residential and commercial land development that led her to begin working on many different site plans, roadways, and stormwater management plans for many state agencies in Florida, such as DOH, DOT, and DEP. Her skills in surveying and engineering software, combined with her husband’s construction background were the driving factors in the decision to create Fine Line Design.
Senior Project Manager
Shaun, Melissa’s brother, has worked alongside Jack and Melissa over the years, in construction. While working in the retail side of construction and building materials he became operations manager in less than seven years. When Jack began planning to open Fine Line, Shaun was excited to apply his management skills to a different aspect of the construction industry.
